Authentic South Indian Dosa, Pack of 5, 200g each
Step 1:Mix 1 cup of TDH Rishika Dosa mix with 2 cups of water. Mix it well to avoid any lumps. Keep the mixture aside for 15 mins.
Step 2 :Grease the pan with oil/ghee. Pour the dosa batter in the center of the pan and evenly spread it out in circular motion. You can add chopped onions, green chilies and ginger to further enhance the flavor
Step 3 :Flip the dosa when the edges begin to brown & roast the other side. Serve hot with chutney.
